You can use the print command icon on the top of the email and instead of printing it on the printer, you can select PDF as the printer and save the email on your desktop. Alternatively, you can use the mouse and select the entire email, copy it and paste it into any blank word document or as text file in whatever folder you want to keep the email for future reference.
